WARRANTY
RevNek proudly stands by the quality and performance of our gear. We work hard to ensure all of our products to be free of defects in material and design. We will replace, at RevNek’s discretion, any product that proves to be defective. It is assumed to be understood that regardless how well you care for your product, materials experience breakdown and show wear over time; this is not considered a defect. Product damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered by our warranty.
RETURN POLICY
If you're not 100% satisfied with your RevNek gear, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days if unused and in all its original packaging. The awesome sticker inside the box, stick it on something of yours to make it more rad! Upon receipt of your return, we will process a refund for the item itself, but not for shipping. A shipping and handling fee will apply for a return.

EXCHANGES
Just tell us what you want to exchange for within 30 days (15 days for sale items) and we split the return shipping and handling fee with you. Once the warehouse receives your returned gear, we create another order for you with the gear you want in exchange - no additional cost on shipping. Worn or used items cannot be returned, and exchanged products are final sale and cannot be returned again once received.
